Welcome to MDT engineering systems  (“MDT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://www.mdtco.com/ (the “Site”), and any services, offers, or transactions you engage in through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

 

 

1. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, design, logos, trademarks, product descriptions, and software — is owned by MDT or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws.

3. Products and Services

  • Descriptions & Pricing:  We strive to be as accurate as possible when describing our products and services (eg heat exchangers, oil/air coolers, exhaust gas heat exchangers, etc.). However, we do not warrant that descriptions, specifications, or other content are completely accurate, current, or error-free.
     

  • Offers:  Any offer made through the Site is valid only while supplies last, or until the offer is withdrawn. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
     

  • Ordering / Acceptance:  Placing an order through the Site is an offer by you to purchase the product or service. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Upon acceptance, a contract will be formed between you and MDT.
     

 

 

4. Payment and Terms

  • Payment terms (when applicable) will be as stated on invoices or order confirmations. Prior to shipping or delivery of products, your payment may be required in full or as a deposit, depending on the agreement.

  • Risk:  Risk passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
     

  • Title:  Ownership of the goods passes to you only when we have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods and all other goods or services we have supplied to you.
     

 

 

6. Returns, Warranty & Liability

  • Warranty:  We warrant that the products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period as specified in the product documentation. This warranty does  not  cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, accident, or unauthorized repair.
     

  • Returns / Exchanges:  Returns are only accepted in accordance with our returns policy. You must contact us and get approval before returning any items.
     

  • Limitation of Liability:  To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDT's liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past twelve (12) months. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
     

 

 

7. Disclaimers

  • The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
     

  • We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
